Downloading Your Order

After completing the checkout process, you will be taken to a page where you can download your order immediately. The link to download your font(s) will stay active for 24 hours (although you will have a limited number of downloads).

You can also download active fonts by clicking on “My Account”, logging in with the email and password used for that order, then clicking “Order History & Downloads” and choosing the appropriate order.

Common Downloading Problems
I am getting the following StuffIt error: "An error has occurred while expanding the file 'xxxxx.sit' (The archive may be damaged). Error #17537."
In our tests, we found this to be a bug in StuffIt 9.0 and 9.0.1 and not related to the downloaded files (or fonts). The above error message will appear, but the fonts do unpack and are not corrupt in any way. If you are receiving this message, check the location where the file was saved to see if it unstuffed despite the error message.

The file I downloaded will not open (unstuff/unzip)!
Try the following:
  • Download the file again in case the initial download was incomplete.
  • Download and install the latest version of your unpacking software and try again.
Helpful links: WinZip (Windows) | StuffIt (Mac)
  • If the download still will not open, please email
info (at) processtypefoundry (dot) com so we can set up an alternative transfer of the files.

The link didn’t work. What do I do?
In rare cases, some company firewall systems prohibit downloading files. If your firewall prevents downloading, please email
info (at) processtypefoundry (dot) com and we can set up an alternative transfer of the files.
